The patents of Manuel Soto y Solares in Sevilla

From the bi-weekly magazine: "Boletín oficial de la propiedad intelectual e industrial. February 1, 1897, n.º 251.

I need to interpret the name of the bi-weekly. It is "Bulletin of intellectual and industrial property,"

"Mr. Manuel Soto y Solares, has patented his invention, for 20 years, of a 'procedure of fabrication of a twisted string for musical instruments.' This was presented for solicitation to the Government of Seville on the 5th of December 1897. Received the 12th of the same month. Under review."

From the bi-weekly magazine: "Boletín oficial de la propiedad intelectual e industrial. February 16, 1897, n.º 252.

"Mr. Manuel Soto y Solares, has patented his invention, for 20 years, of a 'procedure of fabrication of a twisted string of aluminum for musical instruments, the difference being that until today has been of a fabrication of a twisted string of copper. Approved February 6, 1897.' 

We see the magazine  "Industria é invenciones" of February 27, 1897, n.º 9 had the same text of the February 1, 1897 entry in this article.

From the bi-weekly magazine: "Boletín oficial de la propiedad intelectual e industrial." December 16, 1897, n.º 272, this mentions that the 2nd year of his patent has now come about.
