655 mm Scale 54 mm Nut. Medium grain Cedar Soundboard, Brazilian Rosewood Back and Sides, Bridge, Head stock overlay and front and back edge binding.. French Polish. 7 finely sanded fan braces. Closely placed separate kerfing pieces attaching the Soundboard to the sides and a single slotted band attaching the back to the sides. Original engraved Fustero Gears. Original Bone Nut and saddle. Made in Madrid.
2 restored top cracks below the bridge down to the end block.
Loud, resonant with a great sustain and very thick Madrid tone.
Marcelino died in early April 2018 - he was 87, and had been fabricating and restoring guitars since 1949.
