Fine to Medium grain Spruce Soundboard and unmatched Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. All Original, French Polish, Bone Nut, Bone Saddle. Deluxe Gears. Ebony Fret Board, Brazilian Rosewood Deluxe Bridge and Peg head overlay. 8 finely sanded Fan Braces. The Spruce kerfing pieces are separate attaching the top and Cedar pieces attaching back to the sides, this is the pinnacle of high grade lutherie. Laurindo Almeida owned a Spruce and Indian Rosewood Classical Guitar made by Vicente Solis Garcia in 1953 and used it for his Capitol LP "The Guitar Worlds of Laurindo Almeida". According to Gerald J. Bakus on page 105 of his book: The Spanish Guitar, published in 1977 by the Gothic Press in Los Angeles, he states that Vicente Solis Garcia was considered one of the best guitar makers in Mexico City, along with Geronimo Villafan. This guitar provides a resonance as if you were 40 feet within a cave.
