LOB 355 mm. Spruce and Maple. He was established in Linz in 1805, this well thought of luthier also made cellos, he focused on Stainer and Amati models.

This violin is back dated. Lots of volume and very resonant. He was a 3rd generation luthier, and therefore so adept. He was a pupil of J. G. Thir in Vienna.
