Antonio y Rosario were backed up by Manuel Morao in 1958, he used a Manuel Reyes Flamenco Guitar in the color film: "Pan , Amor y AndalucĂa".

The photo, of Manuel Reyes in 1986, is from the biography that is well covered on 6 pages in the book "Guitarreros de Andalucia" published in 2004, with photos of his workshop. Manuel was born in 1934. When Manuel began making guitars in 1949 he studied with Joaquin Sanchez Galisteo, Joaquin had been a journeyman maker for Miguel Rodriguez in Cordoba. The kerfing that attaches the back to the sides is reminiscent to the Miguel Rodriguez style of that aspect, though not exact in its configuration.
