Andrés Segovia used a Hauser II Guitar in his Granada concert on June 28, 1961 at the Patio de los Leones at the 10th Festival of Musica y Danza.

According to Alberto Lopez Poveda, in his book "Vida y Obra", Andrés used a 1958 Hermann Hauser II No. 539 and a 1958 No. 612 for a period of 9 years. So, either one of these was utilized in the 1961 Granada concert. In 1962 No. 729 was constructed and the Maestro used that from 1963 along with guitars made by other luthiers. Hermann Hauser II made 9 guitars for the Maestro from 1955-1970, not to mention all the other guitarists who used his instruments as well, Julian Bream, even Flamenco Virtuoso Mario Escudero used a Hermann Hauser I etc.
