Lob 362 mm. Nicolas Blaisot born in 1762 and died in 1844 in Mirecourt. Brand on the back says: Blaisot a Paris, but was made in Mirecourt. Fully blocked and lined in Italian style with flush blocks seamlessly ending at the C bouts. Medium grain Spruce Soundboard, Maple back and sides, highly Flamed Maple neck and very complete scroll, which the photos attest to. Beautiful Antonio Stradivari style bee stings on the back corners. This is a very loud and resonant violin.

All cracks on the top were cleated before it arrived at our shop. This violin is fitted with a Deluxe Aubert Bridge and Vision Titanium Orchestra strings.
